Drop-in Center
The Giving Tree Drop-In Center is a great place to go "hang out," get involved, pursue an interest or just meet other people with similar interests. No referral or registration needed, just drop-in! This great resource is open to individuals involved with Mental Health services in Mecklenburg County and offers daily workshops such as: Poetry Groups, Music Classes, Coffee Houses, GED classes, Computer Lab, Painting, WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning), as well as peer support groups and MORE! The Giving Tree Drop-In Center also promotes community members to get involved by volunteering, running a group or by stopping in to have some fun!
