Training Course Application

Please read prior to submitting your application: Only provider agencies can submit a request to have their trainings added to the Mecklenburg Provider Training Calendar. Independent trainers are ineligible for submission. All applications will be reviewed against pre-established criteria by the Provider Council Training Subcommittee.

All applications are due by the 3rd Monday, 2 months prior to the month the training takes place:


Incomplete applications will not be considered for approval.
